DOUBLE-ACTING SPRING RETURN ACTUATORS

FOR BALL VALVES:

NOMINAL BORE DIAMETER: from 50 to 1400 mm.

NOMINAL PRESSURE: from 1,6 to 16,0 MPa.

ACTUATOR CONTROL MODES: remotely operated; local mode; override

POWERING MEDIUM: air from a stand-alone source or a transported working medium – non-aggressive natural gas with pressure from 0,3 to 0,7 MPa.

A quarter-turn actuator where air (dried gas) is a working agent at a pressure of 3 to 15 bar. This item is used for all types of quarter-turn actuators (ball valves, butterfly gates, etc.)

APPLICATION: Control of ball valves DN 50-1400 mm, PN 1,6-16,0 MPa of above-ground and underground installation on pipelines transporting natural gas, oil, at gas collection and treatment points, at compressor and gas distribution stations.

CLIMATIC MODIFICATION ACCORDING TO GOST 15150: «УХЛ» (areas with temperate and cold climates and ambient temperatures ranging from -60°C to +40°C).

UNIVERSALITY: The modular design of actuators makes it possible to conveniently configure the actuators for a variety of applications according to customer requirements. Most of the components are common to double-acting and spring-return actuator configuration.

RECIVERSION COMPLETE: On request, the pneumohydraulic actuator can be supplied with a receiver, which is mounted directly on the valve actuator or at a distance and ensures its operation in the absence of control gas supply from the pipeline or external supply line. The volume of gas in the receiver is calculated individually.

MANUFACTURING OPTIONS:

The modular design of the actuators makes it possible to conveniently configure the actuators for different applications according to the customer’s requirements. Most components are common to double-acting and spring return actuator configurations.

THE PNEUMATIC ACTUATOR CAN CONSIST OF THE FOLLOWING MODULES:

  • Pneumatic module with stroke limitation;
  • Spring module;
  • Spring module with hydraulic cylinder;
